Artist Visa (KITAS) - What is this visa for?
The Artist is known by many names, such as the Impresio KITAS, Impresario KITAS, Impresario Visa, Impresariat KITAS, Impresariat Visa, Freelancer KITAS, Entertainment Visa and Entertainment KITAS, but these names all apply to the same visa - A visa specifically intended for artists.

The Artist KITAS (Artist Visa) is a specific visa for people in the entertainment and art industries, with a maximum validity of months.

How to get a Investor Visa (KITAS)
1. Application of Work Permit.
2. Application of E-Vitas C312.
3. Upon arrival to Indonesia, the foreigner is required to drop the original passport to our office.
4. Attend the Biometric and fingerprint session.
5. E-vitas to KITAS conversion at the local immigration office.
6. KITAS completion the E-KITAS along with multiple entry re-entry permit.
Application Requirements
Expatriate
​1. Expatriate passport with minimum 4 blank pages still available with minimum 18 (eighteen) validity and scanned copy of identification page and cover.​
2. Photograph of expatriate in red background, format.jpeg.
3. Complete doses of Vaccination Ceritificate.
​4. Certificate of degree graduated (academic background).
5. Reference Letter from previous company.
6. Details of expatriate address (with domicile letter).
7. Stamp of current stay permit with 30 days validity minimum - ONSHORE (Status Changing).
8. Letter of no objection for changing status from current sponsor (if needed) - ONSHORE (Status Changing).​​

Company Sponsor
​1. Company's deed of establishment and its amendments (if any)/ Akta Pendirian Perusahaan dan Perubahannya (bila ada)
2. Decree Approval (Legalization) from the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (MoLHR) and its amandments (if any)/SK Kehakiman Pendirian Perusahaan dan Perubahanya (bila ada).
3. Company's Tax Registration Number/ NPWP Perusahaan.
​4. Business License of OSS RBA / Izin Usaha OSS RBA.
5. Business Identification Number/ Nomor Induk Berusaha (NIB) OSS RBA.
6. Company's Organization Structure.
7. Mandatory Manpower Report / Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan (WLKP).
8. BPJS Employment registration number/certificate/ Sertifikat BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan.
9. ID Card, NPWP, and photograph of the Indonesian (local) Director / KTP, NPWP, pas foto Direktur lokal.
10. Blank papers with the company's letterhead (for application letters) -optional.
11. Employment contract between company sponsor and the expatriate/ Kontrak Kerja antara perusahaan dan Tenaga Kerja Asing (draft provided).
12. ID card of the Indonesian counterpart / KTP Tenaga Kerja Indonesi Pendamping.
13. Appointment letter to the Indonesian counterpart / Surat Penunjukan TKI Pendamping.
14. Company's bank account - statement minimum USD 2,000 / Rekening koran Perusahaan.
15. Username and password of TKA online account and immigration account (if any).
16. As per Manpower regulation, 1 foreigner worker company must have at least minimum 10 local employee.​​
